How I Work With You

We can work in a number of different ways to suit your circumstances and location

I offer one-to-one Coaching sessions in person for people in London as well as Nature Guided Sessions  as well as telephone & Skype sessions. These sessions are also available for people outside of London and The UK

All of my sessions and programmes are bespoke to you and your particular needs and requirements. There are no ‘off the shelf’ packages and no standard ways of working with you How we work together will be based upon exactly what it is you want to achieve

I’ll help you to face up to the things that have been holding you back, the stories that you tell yourself about why you can’t do the things you really want to be doing and support you all the way and help you to actually achieve what it is you want to be doing

We will look at what it is you really want to be doing, why you want it and the real reasons why you’re not actually now. We’ll get you to face up to the possible obstacles that could get in your way and design ways around them so that they don’t stop you

I promise to be with you all of the way but I’ll also challenge you, call you out on your excuses, hold you accountable and push you to get out of your comfort zone

I’ll help you take action that excites you, scares you, provokes you and challenges you instead of just thinking and talking about taking action

Our sessions might not always be easy but if you’re committed they really can bring you the results that you want

How To Book Coaching Sessions

The process of booking sessions starts with us having an initial conversation that lasts around 60 minutes. This conversation, which can be held via phone or Skype is free of charge with absolutely no obligation to commit to anything

We’ll discuss what you want to achieve, how we could work together to achieve it, and what sort of coaching programme we fell would work best for you

How long we would work together depends upon what you want to achieve; I normally work with people for a minimum of three months but longer and shorter programmes might suit you better depending upon your goals
