pettswoodMy nature guided ‘Walk & Talk’ Therapy sessions are a different approach to traditional therapy & coaching

They can help people get a sense of direction and start taking the action needed to increase their resilience & wellbeing

They are based around the concept of Shinrin-Yoku which is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing” and was developed in Japan during the 1980s

My approach has a focus on helping people to be mindful and reflective on ‘The Fives Ways To Wellbeing’ – connect, take notice, be active, keep learning and give

These sessions can help you calm your anxieties and worries, feel more focussed, gain insights that you may not have had before and generally get a ‘feel good’ boost that comes from being active in nature

This approach really suits people who:

Have an interest in the natural world

Like being outside

Enjoy walking

Feel more centred, mindful and relaxed in an outdoor environment

Above all else these sessions are fun and a great way of spending time outside in nature whilst investing in yourself

Booking Nature Guided ‘Walk & Talk’ Therapy Sessions

Nature Guided Therapy sessions are available for both individuals and small groups

They can be held over a number of weeks or as a one day session and are built around The Fives Ways To Wellbeing approach towards building resilience & wellbeing

The process of booking sessions starts with us having an initial conversation that lasts around 60 minutes. This conversation, which can be held via phone or Skype is free of charge with absolutely no obligation to commit to anything

Nature Guided sessions are held outside at venues in London and the South East throughout the year and sessions via phone and Skype are also available
