The process of booking Reflective Coaching starts with us having an initial conversation about your particular needs. All sessions are bespoke to your needs and their are no ‘off the shelf’ packages. This conversation, which can be held in persons, via phone or Skype is free of charge with absolutely no obligation to commit to anything
